My work combines research, analysis, consulting, and coaching for global corporations, professional football clubs, mission-driven organizations, and high-performing individuals—including executives, coaches, and elite athletes.

My research and consulting includes marketing relevant disciplines and organizational culture diagnosis and development. I support organizations in understanding human experience and behavior, navigating structural change, strengthening team dynamics, increasing employee engagement, and embedding customer- or patient-centric thinking into everyday practice.
Alongside my business work, I specialize in high-performance sport—particularly professional global football. As one of the world’s first psychological game and team analysts, I help clubs gain a deeper psychological understanding of their teams to inform decision-making and strategy. I have worked with clubs including Borussia Dortmund, Schalke 04, 1. FC Köln, Hannover 96 and VfL Bochum.
I also work closely with executive leadership—boards, directors, and supervisory teams—facilitating the development of sustainable success strategies rooted in organizational culture, identity, and the demands of rapidly changing markets.
Currently, one of my key focus areas is supporting the devleopment of a Performance Team Culture within organizations. At the heart of this is strengthening trust and inner connectedness processes.
